Phil Foden Hat Trick: “He is better than Bellingham and Saka” fans say

Manchester City’s Phil Foden scored a hat-trick in Man City’s 4-1 win over Unai Emery’s Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium. The game was dominated by Pep Guardiola’s brilliant tactics and his team had a possession of 68% to Villa’s 32%. The citizens went ahead after just 11 minutes through midfielder Rodri who made a good finish past Emiliano Martinez to give his side the lead.

John Dhuran equalised for Villa 20 minutes later and the game stayed even until the 45+1 minute mark where Phil Foden scored to ensure his side went into the break leading. In the second half, there were no goals until the 62nd minute when Phil Foden scored again to increase his side’s advantage to two goals. Just 7 minutes later, Phil Foden who had been earlier fouled and not awarded a free kick got up and won the ball and scored a wonder goal from outside the box to complete his hat-trick. It’s a brilliant goal that is definitely not often seen. Foden’s hat-trick has led to some diverse reactions from fans.
