- Lyon🇲🇫 1:0 Juventus🇮🇹– A goal from Tousart at the 31st minute was enough to beat Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus before the trip to Allianz stadium.
2nd leg
- PSG🇲🇫 2:0 Dortmund🇩🇪[agg- 3:2]– Goals from Neymar at the 28th minute and Bernat at the end of the first half were enough to seal PSG’s place at the quarter-finals.
- Liverpool🏴 2:3 Atlético Madrid🇪🇦[agg- 2:4]– Goals from Georginio Wijnaldum and Roberto Firmino sent Liverpool on their way to the quarter-finals only for Llorente to score in the 97th minute and take the game to extra time.Llorente added another in the 105th minute before Alvaro Morata sealed the quarter-final place for Atleti with a goal at the 120th minute.
- Valencia🇪🇦 3:4 Atalanta🇮🇹[agg- 4:8]-An outstanding display from Josip Illicic ensured Atalanta were 4-3 winners at Valencia.The Slovenian international scored four goals including two penalties in a stunning individual display.The 8-4 aggregate loss by Valencia was the biggest loss in the history of the club.
- Leipzig🇩🇪 3:0 Tottenham🏴[agg- 4:0] -Marcel Sabitzer scored twice and Forsberg added a third as Leipzig destroyed Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham.
